Literature Requests Form

About This File

Literature Requests

Overview

The “Literature Requests” (ltr) is an interactive PDF form designed specifically for literature servants in English congregations. This user‑friendly template lets literature servants enter data directly into form fields and print the results, streamlining the process of tracking and organizing literature requests to ensure all necessary materials are available for congregation meetings and public ministry.

Template Structure

The template is organized into five main sections:

  1. Meeting Materials — For ordering publications used during congregation meetings

  2. Public Distributions — For The Watchtower and Awake! magazines used in public ministry

  3. Books and Brochures — For Bibles, books, brochures, and booklets

  4. Other Literature Requests — For requests or items not covered in other sections

  5. Notes and Reminders — For notes kept by literature servants

In keeping with there being no charge for literature and revised terminology, might it be better to call this “Literature Requests—Interactive Template”

Thanks! I'll take note of that. However, I don’t know yet when the file will be updated, as it isn’t updated regularly. It has only been updated three times since 2018.

May I ask how you managed to capture the font typography of our publications? If you want, you can respond by sending me a private message. Thank you in advance!

Sorry brother, but I cannot provide information about them. But one thing I can say is that I have had them since 2017 and accessible only through an intranet.
