It's only available on subscribed accounts. Or if you are appointed co-host under a paid account, then the Video option will also be available. -
Updating Watchtower CD

I had same issue as well. Had to manually download update package and install it. https://www.jw.org/en/online-help/watchtower-library/update-watchtower-library/ Same problem too, now I have to run the program as administrator, extra step but it helps and improves the loading time. -
