Another techie question

Recommended Posts

I have a couple of home movies of my grandchildren recorded using the camera on my iPad.  I uploaded them to dropbox so that other family members could see them, but how can they download them to their own iPads?  Photos is not a problem, but the mov files seem to be problematic.

Any suggestions?

You have to "Share" the files with those other individuals. You can add them by email address, or make the files "public" so that they get a unique URL, and send them the link. While this does make it public, only those with the link can access the file.

Can't they just stream from Dropbox?

Only when they are online.  They want to have them available offline too.
