They're going back and forth as to whether or not this is a good idea.  Just another example of man's inability to manage his affairs efficiently.  Some will win, others will lose and no one on either side wants to hear about the promise of justice from Jehovah with Jesus as King of God's government.

You know the best road builders in the world were the Roman's!   And they used cut stones and up to today standards or roads, they are still being driven on by big trucks, little trucks, baby strollers, and little ole pedestrians like us.   Gravel on their roads in TX? LOL, my landlord put down gravel years ago in my driveway, and when a big storm came along, the gravel was washed away. So much for Gravel!
