Autumn in Ireland

My sister, Michele, is a fabulous writer and each year goes to Ireland gathering more information for her book. She and her husband have traveled for over 40 years to their 'home in Europe.' They absolutely love Ireland and her people. Take a glance at her last postcard she sent me. Enjoy!

I absolutely love living here, it's very different and hard to explain my love for Ireland :-)

I enjoy the beauty, peacefulness. ..and yet the city is just over a hour drive. The sea is on my doorstep and the mountains behind me.

There are however things I actively dislike...Ireland can be extremely racist...and yet more irish live and work outside of the country than in it !!

My brothers and sisters here are very special and we have a closeness that I haven't found elsewhere, our territory is vast and sparsely populated. .. so please feel free to visit or indeed stay a while, we need all the help we can get :-)
