My wife and I enjoy watching the series of Masterchef with professionals or amateurs (but not the z-list celebrities I have never heard of!) but especially the professional chefs who already should have a level of skill.

 

Tonight's episode, the first of the finals, is an intriguing one, in that the chefs must create two dishes from kitchen scraps!

Bones, fish trimmings, meat trimmings, vegetable peelings etc etc.  That should be a good test of creativity.   :unsure:
