time for exercise

i was just curious if anyone finds time to exercise, or better yet, how do you buy out the time for it? i am up at 5 for early morning service then when i get home about 2 i am exhausted so i usually take a nap and then it is time for making dinner. i am almost 57 and know it is important to get in some exercise to keep a healthy heart. i am curious about friends my age or older who manage to find the time/energy. any tips?

i really like our new awake on 5 tips for better health!

I always kept active by mucking out the horses....but since they have gone I have started to walk, I live in an area where lots of hill walking is available.....but at the moment I am sticking to flat-ish terrain :D

i muck dog doo! LOL! i have 2 big dogs so it is a lot of doo! plus a little one but he doesn't count! :lol1: i need to incorporate some walking! pioneering isn't really that kind of walking. it is more of a stroll!

we will have a time change coming up in april and our days will be getting longer. i will have no excuses!

we do lots of walking on ministry here.....usually up long tracks (where only a tractor could go) and climbing over gates :whistling: I also find the constant getting in and out of the car alot of excercise......:ohmy:
