"World Order" - written by Henry Kissinger. This is the title of a new book written by Richard

Nixon's famous foreign diplomat Henry Kissinger. In it he brings his political experience to-

gether in examining the current global order ( or lack thereof ). A New York "Times" review

critiques the book and gives what they feel are the [positive merits of what he wrote ( see

www./nytimes.com/2014/09/14/book/review/henry-kissinger-world-order,html? Among other

things they say they feel his observations deserve a read by all members of Congress. They

conclude the article by saying they ( the people and it leaders ) are " unprepared for the task

ahead. " An interesting conclusion from one of the world's leading statesman.
