I don't understand most of what she's talking about. What exactly is she talking about? and what does this all mean?

And also, does anybody know whats going on with the nuclear reactors in Japan? Are they completely exploded now? whats the deal?

People cannot affort to listen to people like Caldicott because if they did they'd have to either radically change their system - which cannot be done (if it could be it would have been done by now) or prepare to die.
