Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the full, unabridged version? They seem to either be out of stock or ridiculously high priced.

Amazon has a kindle version, but it doesn't mention if it is the abridged or unabridged version.

I would like to buy it for my teenage daughter.

Amazon has several available. pocket books to the 2000 edition.

I thinking the kindle is the full version cause it says it's 451 pages long, and the abridged version is like 200 something pages.

This Kindle edition is definitely the full edition. I have the identical one in Italian. Wonderful book! I've read it 6 times, and I learn something new from it each time.

I guess it is not really an outline but a study guide with questions to help stimulate your mind.  It was so helpful.
