Anyone know which book stand our Brothers use at SKE or other schools?

What do you mean by book stands?

They have study handouts made especially for the courses. These handouts lead them to other reference publications.

 

Usually their studies are divided into sections:

 

1) Divine Administration;

2) The Bible: their study and related issues;

3) Field Ministry;

4) History of Jehovah's Witnesses

5) Christian meetings;

6) Theocratic Organization;

7) Speaking (how preaching in public)

8) Spiritual Development;

9) Biblical teachings.

I think she's asking about the stand that props up the reference bibles when they're sitting at their desks. Like those paper stands that were used back in the days of typewriters.
