Please help, I can't update any app

I don't know the correct section to post this question.

After my recent deletion of items in my phone, I can't update any app with my phone. The error report I get is:

"Insufficient Storage" not "insufficient storage available". The info that follows is that my device has limited storage space even though I have much space both in my phone and my SD card.

I use tecno H5.

Pls help.

Is the message popping up in the JW App or Is it the phone software that is giving you the error message?  

 

Usually turning your phone completely off for about 5 minutes and then turning it back on will solve the problem. You may want to try that.

If you have an iPhone go into the setting on your phone look at general then scroll down till you see storage. Open that as maybe the phone has no room left.

i did factory reset. its back on track.
