I am so happy it's available for Amazon Fire! No more connecting the laptop to the TV and having to change the screen resolution and audio setup.

The problem with releasing an app for one TV is what about all other makes of TV.  So I can't see they will go down that route.  When JWB was launched, they did promise it will be available on Amazon and Apple devices, but not on smart TVs (unless you use the browser).  And with the Roku or Amazon devices, these can be connected to any TV.

 

I know it would be nice to have it all integrated in one unit.  I have a "youview" box, which caters for all my internet/catch-up tv/dvr needs, except JWB.  The Roku only has JWB channel installed.
