I will only say this - I spend about $800 every three months on the products I take and I feel almost like a new man ! Type 2 diabetes  controlled with diet , exercise, supplements. Energy level great ,blood pressure not bad working on fine tuning it . Continue work in progress - no medication .

I cannot abide someone trying to SELL me anything!

But - IF someone is ill and asking, that is totally different.

My sister lived to be 54 years old. Pam was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at 22. The kind of cancer she had is most aggressive and EVERY SINGLE young woman under 25 that took the 'medically recommended' treatments died. 100 % of them! Pam was not putting faith in such odds. When she recovered from a mastectomy (with an implant the surgeons put in her gutted breast) she opted for all natural everything. Pam ate a macrobiotic diet and took HAND FULLS of vitamins/herbs/nutrients/you name it she took it. She successfully became cancer free until many years later she was going through a horrible divorce and the cancer came back. She fought that recurrence for 11 years. In between these two bouts with her illness, she became a chiropractor, treating many witnesses in our town, having and raising her son and living a very full life.

And one other thing that Pam did. She had Laetrile administered. She also cracked open apricot pits and ate them despite the small amounts of cyanide inside. The benefits far outweigh the risks. (Has anyone here ever read the labels on medical prescription bottles as to side effects, yet we take those things that could kill us???) So, WHO KNOWS exactly what worked and what did not? Jehovah and the whole heavenly organization does.

Mind you NOBODY has gotten through this life alive - not yet! And something will definitely kill us all until the Kingdom begins the reversal and everyone gets to partake from the symbolic leaves of the trees that cure the nations.

Pam will awaken in the paradise cancer free and never again have to TRY to live. She spent her whole adult life just trying not to die. In paradise it will be easy to thrive. I long to see her jump up and run like a horse. Pam was a great athlete.

Everyone must do what they deem proper for themselves. My daughter, Julie, decided just to die when she was diagnosed at 28 with colon cancer and I totally supported her in her decision. I miss both of those wonderful women. :(

Very sorry for your losses - my mom has exceeded the scriptures for special mightiness - 102 -still going ,lives at home ,does a few supplements and her reflexology - October she will turn the odometer over to 103  - I  lived in the house and do the chores and hook her up on zoom for her meetings and take her for her Dr's appointments

I have so many things to say on this bacause of my research for years. There is no 'one single solution' for everything. Many things work and can tribute to better health, but non is the ultimate solution. I always try to look for things that are as close to the way the body is designed by Jehovah. Life is chemistry. For chemical reactions you need the nutrients, minerals and trace minerals. If you are deficient somewhere you will get problems. As you age your body is having more and more trouble absorbing everything from the food we eat. Apart from that, food nowadays contain much less vital ingredients compared to 50 years ago. In Dutch we have an old saying: You dig your own grave with your teeth. Meening: What you eat will affect your health. If you eat junk, you can not expect to function properly. But you may not notice immediately.

The problem is that taking multivatimins is not the only solution. But you do may need them. I did Foodtechnology for my education with cell biology as my favorite subject. In every cell there are 100.000 reactions every second. Don't try to comprehend. Just be amazed and give Jehovah al the glory he deserves. Do your research. Don't go for one single solution. There is non. But for those who would like to know:

I take Celtic salt with water. Very important not to take to much salt. It can damage your kidneys.
I make sure I have enough Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium. Many people are deficient in Potassium. You need Potassium because it does its job inside the cell. If you are deficient, Sodium will get into the cell. It doesn't belong there. You need Magnesium for the Sodium - Potassium pump to work proparly.
I do support my body by grounding regularly.
I try to exercise regularly. Walk.
Keep my stress levels low.
Take Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) in large amounts.
Take extra Zinc.
I support my body with Bio resonance. I have my own generator.

For the rest: I keep focusing on Jehovah who will bring the only solution for best health. I can't wait for that.

Diary products are usually a given, but also cooked collard greens (spinach, kale, cabbage, bok choy etc) and broccoli.

So for breakfast I usually have two bananas and a cup and a half of milk blended into smoothie.

For lunch (when I am at work), it is usually meals that we prepare in buk for the week, which can be made of the following;

  • meat with mashed potatoe/sweet potatoes, with greens (broccoli, peas, brussel sprouts)
  • curried chicken, vegetables and rice
  • mediterreanean pasta bakes with various vegetables added in
  • spaghetti bolognase (with a heap of vegetables in the sauce), lasagnes
  • stir fries with rice.

As for dinner, it is usually what I have for lunch which we usually prepare at the begining of the week, but then later in the week, it usually simplier quicker meals, such as home-made hamburgers, pizzas, pan fried salmon and chips, or just meat and salad sandwiches or on crispbreads.

As as for snacks, it may be crispbreads with vegemite and cheese, or various cured meats and tomatoe, cucumber, onion, avocado and leafy greens or sprouts, and I love eating nuts, especially if they are still in their shells, raw or roasted.

So I don't have the need for supplements, however, I do have to take high doses magnesium for my muscles spasms at times, especially if I have doing some heavy lifting.

Well said my brother. Look at my signature. I'm a firm believer in eating what Jehovah has provided for millennia. We had a sister come from Europe for 3 months and literally a stick and left looking gloated and skin issues. She went back home and got better. We had a sister go to a Pacific island country for 3 months and came back with energy and within the first 3 weeks back got sick.

The difference... locally sourced fresh food daily that wasn't preserved that she got for the day. She came back home and started back with Starbuck and McDonalds and sitting all day. The result is she's now worse off than when she left for the Pacific island country.

A sister thats 55+ and was over 300 pounds and a high a1C is now walking without a cane and closer to 200 pounds and doing things in the ministry again she had to stop. Her reality is... I was doing it to myself.
