 I was thinking the reason why the organization hasn't declared Russia the king of the north is because they don't want to Say  anything now about that is  because of the court cases going on right now.  Just a passing thought

No, this has nothing to do with identifying the King of the North. When we see who leads the attack against FALSE religion, then we'll know his identity.
