In harmony with the Congregation book study tonight as regards the sister who was given blood against her will while under anesthesia, I want to share this:

Years ago the Awake magazine had an interesting article, which, sorry, I forgotten the title of (during the 1970s).

But I clearly remember one point. It said that when filling out the medical forms to read it carefully. Then if there's anything you disagree with, cross it out (one line through what you disagree with), and then write your initials at the end. The reason is those forms are contracts.

Like this, using my name as in example:

My name is Luezette  Thompson. Then I'll write my initials at the end (obviously I can't write that here, but you get the point).

Just wanted to share.
