“If I were a carpenter”, is no doubt on my top 20 all time favorites. Here’s an interesting version of it in duet format and countrified. Alison Krause could make anything sound good. 

 

This is the cover version of “If I were a carpenter”

 

 

My favorite is the original by Bobby Darin. He was a very talented singer. He Died young.

This old folk music group, Peter Paul and Mary, were very popular when I was a kid. 

This is a beautiful song called, “The wedding song”

 

This song reminds me of some of our topics on the forum ....

It seems this song is about reincarnation and immortality of the soul. I debated posting this song for a long time because of it. I hope it doesn’t offend anyone. The guitarist who makes Tool’s videos has a wild imagination. Must watch the whole video to truly appreciate. Please excuse the ending...

This band Malo, I think only had this one hit, but it was a great one. Carl’s Santana’s brother George (guitar)  started the band. Love this song...very relaxing.
