Transfer JWLibrary folder to another partition in windows pc

Hello brothers,

Can someone  assist me how do  I tranfer the JWLibrary folders  from one partition to another and make the JWLibray app read from the different partition say from (c:) to (D:). the reason why am doing this is that my drive c : is full but  I dont want to redownload the publications again  again but just transfer to another partition and be able to access them from JWLibray. I am using a windows  laptop with windows 10 OS
