How intelligent are certain animals? Amazing elephant!

How intelligent are animals? More intelligent than I ever thought! At first I thought it was a fake, but evidently it’s not.

I heard these paintings were fake (in that the Elephants are not expressing themselves or being creative). You see them drawing, but they are trained to do such, and not in nice ways. They follow the lines and patterns that they are forced to draw over and over when in captivity, they have no actual clue what they are doing other than moving a brush around.

Wow! Something didn’t feel right about it. I feel terrible  for the elephants.... but it’s  still amazing.  

There are a few animals that appear to have a certain intelligence, but it’s mostly that they have a really good memory.

Isn’t that what they say about elephants.... “they never forget”.?  🐘A
