House feature : floors and levels

Dages

Recommended Posts

This "feature" topic is not about a general "type", but more about a precise feature that you find very important for your personal taste.

One floor or more? Attic? Stairs? Mezzanine?

Also, a feature that I really like, when an area of a room is higher/lower than the rest.

Example

You can see the area with the sofa and the table are just one step lower than the rest of the room, this is a nice feature. I concede it could be dangerous if one isn't careful enough, but Paradise and perfection should help :D

This is a nice house, with wood and dark tones (you can get my taste with the "colors" topic)

Another angle to enjoy the view, quite simple : forest, green. It's quite quite and nice.

The outside is a little bit to "bunker"-ish for my taste...

but these multi-level/floor modern house with flat top can be great to have a nice view.

What do you think ? Stairs or no stairs? :D

Another one with the "area just a few step lower than the rest of the house". It's in South Africa.

I like the cuisine/counter too

I'm not sure about this entrance, but that's quite something.

That's a big bedroom

That's a large house again 🤔

I was wondering where I should put the new house in this Club.

I've chosen "floor and level" because of the integration in the plot of this Polish house.

I like it very much, very discreet

Is that a lake over there? Nice.

Beside that, this is a modern house

The idea is interesting. I like the concept

It's been a while in this topic. It's hard to find a good house with this feature.

Today is a nice property in India

Here is the picture, with the stairs in the living room, that's what's is all about, I like this feature.

It's colourful (other angle, you can see the living room in the back)

Another, top view

Another perspective (I don't like the statue, doesn't fit here)

Bonus picture, I like this "open" style, only possible in warm weather area I guess

It's been a while. Here is a nice house in Mexico.

Looks tiny right ? It's just to top of it, at the road level.

In fact, this house is like this :

I love all the green.

Also, below, you can see a little bit better about the inside, I hate the huge V. But the wall at the back is nice and you can already have a idea of the great view.

New one from Columbia and I like it very much for one picture :

04.jpg?1598391007

This is exactly what I want to do : main house on the "above ground floor" + on area (on the left) that is under/in the ground in this "outside" way :D (Am I clear ?)

This is where I'd have my Study/Library with a door to my wine/whisky cave under the main house. :D

Another angle, this "under" area is even too big from this perspective, the above picture is really perfect

Beside that, this is pretty

I like these walls, and the view is nice.
