Super Foods in Your House

Recommended Posts

I found this story (on Pages of Daily Mail, sorry, but there it was! dated 09/11/19.

Just want to drop it in here because some of us eat this sort of food stuff's.  My mother made her own pasta by hand, with a old fashion pasta machine, she made just about everything by hand except her choices of fresh veggies and fruits.  She ate this diet all her life and manage to live up to 101.  Till old age caught up with her.   Basically, its not just all organic food (for years she just couldn't afford what they called organic) other then what she grew in her own garden.   In the paradise, our food won't be polluted and the taste, well it won't be like now.  I will say it will be a very superior quality!  Only thing, I don't know to much about stem cells.  Am not quite into that yet.    But below is the story, sorry if I took up some time.

Vinegars: Real aged balsamic vinegar comes from Modena or Reggio Emilia in Italy. It contains melanoidins, which prevent DNA damage.

Wow no wonder the specialty stores sells real aged balsamic vinegar. Some varieties have been aged for 12 years. The shop also sell olive oil on the tap. All products have to be stored in the fridge. Obviously the westerners have discerning taste.

I loved toasted Artisanal bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Didn't know the vinegar can be used as glaze for meat, salad marinade etc.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.
