“Spanish” flu

For those in Uk, there is an excellent drama/documentary on BBC iPlayer called “The Flu That Killed 50 Million”.

 

They trace the pandemic from ”victim one” - a farmer in Kansas USA and track the spread of the two waves of the disease. The estimate is of 50 million deaths, but it could be up to 100 million.

From our perspective as fulfilling Bible prophecy it really was a “deadly plague”.

There's a also a great book called "The Great Influenza" by John Barry about the Spanish flu.  If you like reading about medicine, you'll like this book.
