I love to make wine.

 

I have made Sake, Apfelwein (which is Apple Wine), Mead, Red and White Wine (from Juice).

 

Does anyone else make Wine or Beer? Would love to hear your experience, or what you like to make.

 

I would love to do some distilling. Particularly, I would love to make Whiskey. It is illegal to do in the United States, so I will not do it as long as it is illegal. If it is legal in your area, I would love to hear about it.
