Need help installing WT Library

A sister in my congregation has Windows 7 and when she tries to install the Watchtower Library CD she gets this message: Procedure entry point encode pointer can't be located. I am lost & can't help her. I have googled but haven't learned much. Can anyone help us out with this. Thanks friends, Betty.

Have her try clicking on the start button and then "Computer" and then right-clicking on her CD/DVD drive with the Library CD in it and choose "Open" from the right-click menu.

Then find the "Setup" file, right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator" and see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't work, right click on the setup file again and choose "properties" and then click on the "Compatibility" tab and choose "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose Windows XP from the drop down menu. Then click "OK" at the bottom and then double click on "setup".
