Help with Adobe Acrobat

I've been using Adobe Acrobat X standard to make fillable forms for field service letter writing. The friends receive a form that they can add dates, placements, notes, etc using Adobe Reader. The problem I am having is when data is entered using Reader on an Android tablet or Ipad, the data will randomly be rendered vertical instead of horizontal. If I open the same list in Reader on a Windows PC, the problem is not there. I have tried updating the Reader version on the Android tablet, and I have tried Adobe Reader Touch (terrible app); nothing seems to fix the vertical text. As I have already made 450 lists with 200 more to go, this is quite upsetting. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? I would appreciate any help! I have attached a sample of a problem list.
