Tomato Jelly

Have you ever heard of such a thing? I never have. 

Today a sis came over and (finally) picked some of my rainbow chard so she gave me a 1/2 pint of tomato jelly. BUT I have never heard of tomato jelly.........I'm totally shocked, it tastes like apple butter!! Seriously!

Never heard of rainbow chard before. Very colorful and nutritious

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Red Amaranth greens in Asia. Love red colored vegetables. It makes the gravy red in color.

Very colorful and full of flavor. It has too much vitamin K for me but others love it! I can eat a little sautéed with cabbage, leek, butter, garlic. It grows like crazy here, even in my compost pile!!
