Jw library won’t scroll

My pc with win10 won’t scroll down in the media mode. Can’t get to any songs to open them.

Hi bro David,

Are you talking about using the JW Library App or Windows 10 in general?

In the App the scrolling for each category is horizontal. To scroll vertically between categories requires you to find a blank area between the categories & use the scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll. Alternatively, you can use the Up & Down Arrows on your keyboard to scroll. Hope this helps.

I was saying that on my pc using windows10 that I could not get the wt library media option to scroll so that I could open all of the main sections. Therefore, I couldn’t open any song from ‘music’. Your answer was spot on. I had never thought to use the mouse wheel. Thanks again. Your brother, David J.
