E ink tablets anyone using them for talks?

I’ve been looking for a new way to write talks and save them. Iam older and write out my talks outline with a pen and paper in a spiral notebook. And deliver from the notebook. Some talks I would like to save and refer to later but I have so many notebooks with rough drafts, notes and the actual talk. I need a better way. So I’ve been looking into e ink tablet notebooks. Before I purchase one I wanted ask. Is anyone using these for talks or note taking?

Examples are supernote a5x or the Remarkable 2. Thanks for your help and insight.

I have not used an e-ink tablet, but the technology does sound and look intriguing. I’ll be following this thread.
