Surface Pro 7 JWL Download Delay

Tried searching past posts but couldn't quite locate the issue.

 

Have a Surface Pro 7, with Windows 10.  It's solely for theocratic & email use - no business or personal apps installed.  Also have WT Library installed and up-to-date.

 

The problem is when clicking/tapping on the download circle of videos (for any language), it takes anywhere from 20-50 seconds for the list of video resolutions to appear.  In other words, it just shows the dots circling for 20-50 seconds before the list appears.

 

Regular audio and publication downloads have no issue and download immediately.  WT Library updates download immediately with no issue either.

 

Any thoughts??

I have a Surface Pro 5 Windows 10.

I have had to wait patiently wait on a couple of jw library download issues I had. They were corrected when I installed the windows updates that Microsoft offered.

 

It's a matter of patience, I think.

Thanks!  Got me thinking that maybe I should check for any firmware updates for parts of the Windows OS.
