Congregations attend special assembly day Contributed by Thomas Heinze. The Wisconsin Rapids East and West congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses, with nine other congregations from central Wisconsin, attended a special assembly day April 29 in Janesville. The program's theme, "Let God's Will Take Place," was taken from Matthew 6:10 and helped those in attendance reflect on Jehovah's will and his purpose for the future of mankind. They were encouraged by the thought that praying for God's will to be done on Earth is an expression of faith that will not lead to disappointment. The program highlighted Bible-based talks titled "Go on Perceiving What the Will of Jehovah Is," and "Happiness is Possible in a Divided Household." Peter Schultz, a representative of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, discussed "Encourage One Another: For This is the Will of God." Interviews, demonstrations and baptism completed the program. The Wisconsin Rapids East and West congregations are two of 109,403 congregations in 236 lands. Worldwide, there are more than 7.65 million Jehovah's Witnesses who spent almost 2 billion hours in the ministry last year. About JWTalk.net - Jehovah's Witnesses Online Community

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
