Do you prefer to send texts to JWs first or to be texted?

Recommended Posts

Do you prefer to say hello through calls and texts first and do you find it easy to do so?
Often because we meet and leave one another later, there is a need to keep in touch but as years pass, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain that relationship.

Some people are curious about you and want to keep in touch but maybe never take the initiative because they fear getting hurt or ignored or something like that.

Do you like it when people who were once around you never forget you and keep texting you for years? Or do you think it’s a little too much?

Both, I often text others with encouragement after assignment, comment and generally asking them how they doing.

All of them appreciate that personal interest.

We need to stay in touch with each other.

Not long ago fellow elder was sick for an extended period of time,  and I have sms him to offer encouragement.

He told me that he was just praying to Jehovah, feeling down and lonely and my text came, right after the prayer.

He thank Jehovah for strengthening him.

Man was created as an intelligent creature with the desire to explore and understand :)
