Meeting schedule inspiration

I am currently annotating the meeting schedule into an Excel file. I like this solution because you can nicely modify for yourself if needed.

 

But I am currently looking for some inspiration to make it look nice. So that, for example, two meetings a week would fit on one sheet of paper. On my schedule is normally the whole program plus other privileges such as microphone or sound system, etc. So a bit elaborate. But it's very convenient. Do you have any suggestions to make it look simple, clear and neat in Excel? Preferably for a meeting during the week and a separate one for the weekend show what you have and maybe you will inspire me with something have a nice day!
