Installing PoE cameras on an NVR with 8 Channel BMC cameras

We currently have an 8 channel NVR with a 2TB HD and want to add 4 PoE cameras.

 

What I have found so far is vandal proof PoE cameras for about $40, a 4 channel PoE switch, a Cat 6 jumper between the switch and the NVR and converters from BNC to Cat 6 for the hard wire (we already have the coax). Is that all I need?

 

It seems then all I do is assign the cameras the correct address in the software, is that right?
