Pray Before You Over Think

I'm not sure if any of my brothers or sisters overthink things?   Jump to conclusions maybe?      I have severe anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks, so when something stressful comes up I tend to overthink and freak out instead of relying on Jehovah through prayer to keep me calm.   I thought that this meme would help others who think like me.   I hope that it helps.

I over think things while I am asleep! I have similar conditions as you Lori. My best praying is early in the morning. I like to get up about 30 minutes before sunrise to pray. I bring my camera along, another common area we have. I can tell by the photo you posted you love photography as much as I do. One scripture I keep in mind is Job 42:6 I like the Easy-to-Read version translation:

"And I am ashamed of myself.  I am so sorry. As I sit in the dust and ashes, I promise to change my heart and my life.”

 

My biggest problem isn't overthinking. It's over talking.
