Info for whq tours November 2023

Myself & wife are holidaying in New York from the UK in early November & would appreciate any information from bro’s in NewYork regarding bethel tours, are there any organised by brothers in New York to Walkill & Warwick, we’re staying in the Bronx at my wife’s uncle’s place, we’ve found a local congregation to visit whilst we’re there, but would like information on trains, subway & cheap places to eat, maybe where local go, off the tourist trail & any free or discounted tickets for the likes of the holocaust museum, 9/11 memorial etc, as well as Walkill & Warwick

I don’t think there are any trains that go to any US Bethel. In the US, infrastructure is lacking except for motorways. NYC is one of the only cities in that country that has a real subway.

The subway looks quite daunting, so many lines, it’s knowing where to change to get to the attractions 

re: getting to bethel, I had hoped it might be like the uk,where brothers organise tours to London bethel by coach including a couple of nights in a hotel. & brothers & sisters from a few congregations partake

Interestingly, I just searched the web for “bethel tours” and apparently someone had registered the domain JWBNB.com oh boy… lol
