Jwlibrary app 'check failed' message on new installation on Apple Ipad Mini

I have just done a factory reset on my ipad as it was behaving sluggish. everything seems to work fine on it and I have installed JWLibrary app but when it tries to install all the publications it says 'Check failed'. I can download the bibles and individual publications but it wont download the content that makes up the library under publications. I even have the whats new section but nothing related to the actual library tab. Please help, its my ministry tablet!!
