what are the study materials helps in Refreshment to soul. when life becomes difficult its hard to press on.. but Jehovah can refresh our souls through his words, what are the spiritual food to find refreshment.

I found live with Jehovah's day in mind a very good refreshing read.

I have tried everything as study books but in the end, nothing has as much effect on my exhausted, dehydrated soul as daily reading of the Bible. I am literally revived by her, I mean really really. No study book has as much impact on me as the Bible, especially the Psalms and some targeted books. Everything is there. Reading combined with research, of course. There is also all Audiovisual Media on JW.org. On the podium: Gilead's monthly broadcasts, AMs and graduations. Finally: how can we forget morning worship?  We will be ready if we use all the arsenal at our disposal.

And not just the reading of the word of God, but the application of it, bringing it to life, correcting things that are wrong. It helps me to grow in wisdom.

 

I think about this a lot:

 

I think about the things I've read, the way I try to be

I think about the things I do, so plain for all to see

I think about the life I have, the weaknesses within

I think about God's patience that I must, oft times, wear thin

But most of all I think about salvation from above

And how mankind here on the earth can come within God's love

So surely I must make the truth the thing that sets me free

And try to practice what I preach for all eternity

 

 

Practice does make perfect, but it will take 1,000 years to do so
