Anyone have an account with DHL?

I need to receive a document from Senegal and it should be track-able as well as insured.

When I served with IVCW many moons ago, the WBTS used DHL for courier services.

I talked with DHL today, and they only handle document import for regular account customers. They don't do 'one-off' orders.

Hoping someone has an account and willing to help. PM me?

I just looked at http://www.dhl.com/en.html

It looks like USPS or UPS or FEDEX. They really cannot deliver to your door? And if not, can your contact in Senegal ship it through one of these other services? I don't understand why anybody cannot get a package today.

However, I once ordered a tile saw online, and it was required that it be shipped to a commercial location with a dock. I just asked a local store if I could have it shipped there and I would pick it up, and they didn't care and it all worked out.
