Landlocked Hunting land

Recommended Posts

Our recent broadcast had a very beautiful music video about living simply.  🤔

But there's this LANDLOCKED land that would be great for hunting!!  It's an amazing 20 ACRES of land for only $17,000!!!  👀👀👀

I probably need to watch that video again, eh?  :whistling:

:help:  (Proverbs 15:22)

That is a good deal.  It would take time to develop a pathway to get to it.  Who owns the surrounding area and would they have an issue with you working your way through to get to your land? How much time do you have to invest what is needed to get what you want out of it?  Just thinking.....

My idea it to let other hunters in local congregations have free but managed access to it, and let them develop & maintain it for me.  :D  Then it won't take too much of my time...

I'm trying to get the realtor to figure that part out for me.  But I can look them up on the assessor's site and do it myself if needed.  So no idea if they have a problem, yet.

Not that much.  I'm hoping for minimal work on my part.  Let others do the work for free access to hunt on it.  With the stipulation of giving me a piece of their catches if they're successful on a hunt.  And then I just go and enjoy it myself when I have time.

I believe my idea is a win-win all around, especially with the price.  It's just the landlocked situation that concerns me.  Dealing with that could eat up my time.  And how to determine if I'm getting full rights, or if someone is retaining timber or mineral rights.  This would be my 1st land purchase, so I have plenty of blind spots....

I see. I'm guessing there would be brothers there that hunt.  Even here in Oklahoma I don't know that many that do, sad to say I think many are too busy they don't have time to enjoy themselves.  I hope you get all of the answers you need to help make a good decision.  I don't like hunting, if it had a fishing pond or something I'd be really excited for you. :D But I hope things work out whatever you decide.
