JW library crashes whenever I try to play a video

JW library crashes whever I attemply to play a video
If I click on the video menu in libraries it crashes
I can download a video but it will not play it without crashing
If I attempt to stream a video it will crash
I can play the video directly from the download folder and from the Website
I have the latest version of JW Library & the latest version of Windows 10
I have re-installed JW library & nothing changed
Any suggestions are welcome
