Visiting headquarters/ Patterson

Recommended Posts

I have never had the opportunity to visit headquarters, but I would love to. I especially want my 12yo son to be able to see this. But I’m not sure if it would be possible for him to do atour, because of his autism. He didn’t do well with groups of people, especially strangers. He can’t handle waiting or having to go at the pace of a tour guide.
For the brothers and sisters here that already visited, do you think accommodations would be possible? Is there a way we can “skip” the tour when my son needs a break? Can we leave the group and take a break outside when needed?

It would be so Faith strengthening for my son to be able to visit, but a two hour tour if for sure a no no.

Sarah, with the new visitors' center at Patterson, visiting a town from Jesus' time must be an unforgettable experience.

I don't know to what degree the tour guide can adapt to your son's needs, but I suggest you call the branch and ask. I'm sure they can work out something. You can find here the phone numbers of all three US Bethels:

Please tell us how it went.
