Literature Orders

Overview

The “Literature Orders—Interactive Template” (ltrodi) is an interactive PDF form designed specifically for Literature Servants in English congregations. This user‑friendly template lets Literature Servants enter data directly into form fields and print the results, streamlining the process of tracking and organizing publication requests to ensure all necessary materials are available for congregation meetings and public ministry.

The “Literature Orders—Simple Template” (ltrods) is a PDF form designed specifically for Literature Servants in English congregations. Unlike the interactive version, this simple template is primarily for printing blank forms. It provides a structured layout for tracking and organizing literature requests without digital data‑entry capabilities.

Template Structure

The template is organized into five main sections:

  1. Meeting Materials — For ordering publications used during congregation meetings

  2. Public Distributions — For The Watchtower and Awake! magazines used in public ministry

  3. Books and Brochures — For Bibles, books, brochures, and booklets

  4. Other Order Requests — For special requests or items not covered in other sections

  5. General Information — For notes kept by the Literature Servant

How to Use These Templates

Getting Started

  1. Opening the Template

    • Use Adobe Reader for optimal functionality with this PDF.

    • Use section‑specific Print buttons to print only the parts you need.

    • For regular use, consider printing multiple blank copies at once.

    • Save your entries for future reference.
    • Each section includes Print and Clear buttons for quick management.
