Elders - Tracking assignments/projects

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hey all,

Looking for a website/app (preferably something on both) that can be used to track assignments/projects that we have going on.  Maybe something that can have an "estimated completion date", "elder(s) assigned", "percent complete", and other stuff like that.  Between things we get in letters ("on xxxxx date months from now, announce/do this thing") and assignments in our elders meetings, it would be nice to have a central location to keep track of EVERYTHING going on that needs our attention/work.

What do y'all use, if anything?

PS - I'm looking for something SPECIFICALLY built for this kind of thing (project management).  I'm not looking to make something myself (like a spreadsheet).

i suggest you look at numerous apps that feature a "kanban board" display. Examples are Trello, and KanbanFlow (my preferred app). They all provide the features you are looking for. The kanban method is very flexible and easy to use and doesn't require much of your time to manage. They are particularly useful if you are familiar with the "Getting Things Done" (GTD) methodology.
