Several years ago I bought a bag of replica coins listed on Amazon as Widows Mite. I put some in cardboard coin holders and gave them to the young ones in the congregation.

 

I have also used some in cards, they are very light weight so it's easy to tape two of them inside of a card and give it to someone that is depressed because of their circumstances.

 

I have even put two of them in the congregation contribution box and then quietly waited to see the brothers reaction when he collects the money. I'm thinking of doing that at an Assembly or Convention one day, just for fun...:lol1:

That might be a mite. It looks a mite small. 

However, the widow used coins, not bugs.

The two coins of small value were equal to the wage for 15 minutes of work.

Ironically, when all publishers were counting their field service time in certain circumstances, increments of 15 minutes would be counted as keeping a publisher regular in the ministry. 

 

Confidence isn’t being a walking encyclopedia. It’s trusting you’ll figure it out, even if right now you’re holding the book upside down.
