Territory map card

I would like your kind guidance. In our congregation, we had started a project to create territory map cards. However, because of the Covid pandemic, the work was stopped. Now, the elders have appointed me to take responsibility for this work.

 

Therefore, may I kindly ask: Which online tool is free and simple to use for this purpose?

I particularly recommend using Canva, that's what I used, in this case just to make the lines of each territory, I took a screenshot of the map and put it there

 Want to confirm, there's not a dialogue misunderstanding. When you say they have appointed you to take responsibility for the work. Does that mean you can use other brothers in the congregation to assist you.?

Sometimes others in the congregation may have software that can make it simple.

For instance, in the congregation, I was in many years ago a brother used Adobe Photoshop to trace the satellite images to get the streets accurate for each card.

We used TerritoryHelper for some time and it worked very well.
