Returned Territory in NWSched Shows as Assigned

I'm having trouble with one publisher's territory management in their NW Publisher. One sister has returned a couple of territories as completed, but in NW Scheduler the information I see is conflicting. There is a date the territory was returned, and yet the territory still shows as checked out. That same territory still appears in the sister's app, and the 'Territory Completed' doesn't do anything. Here is a screencap of what I see in Scheduler. Anybody seeing this issue?

Yes, I've noticed that a few times recently. I've had to go in on the admin side & delete the wrong entry.
