Videoconference Identification

Videoconference, like Zoom, attendance is steady at our hall. The issue is some of the friends get new devices and at other times ones we do not recognize try to join with obscure identities, like device names or verbs, seriously. We have tried to educate the friends, with a high success rate. The ones with obscure identities, we send a message and ask them to change their identity to a recognizable one. If they do not change their identity, then it's a struggle whether to let them join.  

Is your Hall successful in this difficulty? What are some ways your hall handles this in a firm and loving manner?

All the friends in my cong are properly using it. Probably because the brothers and sisters went to the place of the old members of the cong who aren't used to ZOOM and set it up for them so they don't have to do it again all the time.
