NWS Territory Map Upload Failing

Since this last round of updates (I am on NW Scheduler 8.1) I've found that it isn't possible to upload territory maps. We usually capture the territory from the Google map itself using the 'Capture from Map' button. The system now shows a preview of the map, but there is an 'Upload' button showing and the map preview does not appear; on the NW Publisher app under Territory, when you open the specific territory with this problem, under 'Preview' it has no map image... just the message "Error downloading attachment". 

 

As soon as I remove the current image and try to capture a refreshed view, I run into this error on all territories.

 

Is anybody else seeing the same issue?
