“You Are Precious to Jehovah – Do You See Your Value?”

“You Are Precious to Jehovah – Do You See Your Value?”

Have you ever wondered
if you are truly seen?

Not just by people
but by Jehovah?

Whether your struggles
your quiet tears
your inner battles
are really noticed?

Many people today feel invisible.
Unimportant. Replaceable.

And if we are honest
sometimes we feel the same way.

In Jesus’ time many felt exactly like that.

The religious leaders should have supported them.
They should have been loving shepherds.

But they were not.

They looked down on the people.
They treated them as if they were nothing.

Then Jesus came.

And people could see it.

Not just hear it
not just assume it

They could see it in his eyes.

Matthew 9:36 says
“He felt pity for them, because they were skinned and thrown about like sheep without a shepherd.”

Skinned.
Thrown about.

That describes not only people back then.

It describes many people today.

Maybe even us.

People who struggle.
Who have been hurt.
Who regret decisions.
Who carry burdens no one sees.

And what did Jesus do?

He did not judge them.
He did not turn away.

He felt pity.

Why?

Because he felt exactly like his Father.

That is who Jehovah is.

But maybe you think
“That applies to others
but not to me.”

“Jehovah does not really know me that well.”

Is that true?

Let us listen carefully to what Jesus says.

In Matthew 10:29 and 30
“Are not five sparrows sold for two coins of little value? Yet not one of them will be forgotten by God. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Have no fear; you are worth more than many sparrows.”

Not one is forgotten.

Not one.

And then Jesus says something remarkable

“The hairs of your head are all numbered.”

Why does he say that?

He wants to reach our heart.

He is telling us

Jehovah knows you in every detail.

He knows your thoughts.
Your fears.
Your struggles that you tell no one about.

He knows when you lie awake at night.
When you wonder if you are good enough.

He sees every tear.

And if we think
“That sounds unrealistic”

Then think about this

Jehovah can resurrect people.
He can recreate a person completely

with memories
with personality
with everything that makes that person who they are

Compared to that
counting the hairs on a head is simple.

What does that tell us?

Jehovah knows you better than you know yourself.

And still
he loves you.

Despite your mistakes.
Despite your past.
Despite your doubts.

You are not worthless to him.

You are precious.

And yet
some see serving Jehovah as a burden.

As something heavy.
As an obligation.

Maybe sometimes we feel that way too.

Why?

Because life is heavy.

Because we make decisions

that later become burdens.

At first they seem right.

But later we realize

“I have taken on a weight I never wanted.”

And right here Jesus speaks to you.

Not harshly.
Not with blame.

But with love.

“Come to me, all you who are toiling and loaded down, and I will refresh you.”

Imagine that.

Jesus does not say
“Try harder.”

He says
“Come to me.”

He offers to help carry your load.

You do not have to do it alone.

Think of someone carrying a heavy backpack.

At first it seems manageable.

But over time
the path gets longer
the shoulders hurt
the strength fades

Then someone comes
walks beside him
and says

“Let me carry part of it.”

Would you refuse that?

Of course not.

And yet
we often carry our inner burdens alone.

Why?

Because we forget that Jesus offers exactly that help.

How can we accept it?

By including Jehovah in our decisions.

Before we act
before we choose a path

we take time.

We think

“What are the consequences?
What does Jehovah think?”

And we pray.

Honestly.
Openly.

Yes, serving Jehovah requires effort.

But it is never wasted effort.

Psalm 126:5 says
“Those sowing seed with tears will reap with a joyful shout.”

Maybe right now you are sowing with tears.

Maybe your service feels heavy.

Maybe you wonder

“Does it even matter?”

Jehovah says

“I see it.”
“I will not forget it.”
“And I will bless it.”

We do not serve an ungrateful God.

Jehovah is not like humans.

He overlooks nothing.

No prayer.
No effort.
No quiet struggle.

Everything has value.

So do not give up.

When you are tired come to Jesus.
When you doubt remember your value.
When you struggle remember Jehovah sees you.

And the next time you look in the mirror

do not only see what you see.

Try to see

what Jehovah sees.

A person

he knows
he understands
and he loves

You are precious to Jehovah.

Never forget that.
