my mother has been debilitated over the past two years with chronic arthritis.

She has tried so many different remedies wild krill oil helps a lot of people, magnesium,

another sister in our cong has chronic arthritis shes in her twenties. The only things that worked for her and my mother is the steroids.

without them she can't hardly walk or stand up.

I know its really expensive but you have to see what works for you. If its natural try everything.

One mans' meat is another mans' poison.

I really hope and pray you can find something to relieve your pain soon.

Don't forget if you don't use it you will lose it.

even if it kills. xx:readbible:

Oh boy you poor thing Beth. 30 is young. I am still in that age group. Having arthritis. If there is another thing I can say I have tried because of Issues of my back etc.

I have been on strong pain pills for four years. I have to take a truck load to keep me going. Is even though the pain is also there for me most days. I have tried accupanture & It was the Japanese style. It gave me relief as well as swimming in a heated pool. The warm water takes the pressure of the affected areas. You have to keep going for a while but this does help. & Taking a Glucosamine Tablet you can get in a health store etc. I take 1500mg. I have noticed online you guys can get stronger doses. But this is natural. It helps with inflamation of the area & assists with the cartlige area of the knee, back etc. Plus a fish oil containing a vitamin D. Is also helpful I have found a combination of these 2 together, Has been awesome, & also having for me celery juice, takes away the fluid that, Also affects the area,

I have other ongoing issues as well. I have not been able to do as much for years, till I discovered these aides, I hope you find something that helps you.
